At Sparkill Steakhouse, we serve expertly butchered cuts, fresh fish and seafood, and a well-chosen wine list for an evening for two, a business dinner, or a celebration. We season each ingredient gently to let it stand out, with classic appetizers, salads, and traditional steakhouse sides completing the menu. You’ll also find gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly options for a range of dietary needs. You’ll find us at 500 NY-340, Sparkill, where outdoor reservations are available seasonally from May through November. We’re open Sunday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Friday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturday from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
