Indoor capacity is limited to no more than 50% of the maximum occupancy for a particular area as set by the certificate of occupancy, exclusive of employees.
Outdoor capacity (if weather permits) is limited to the number of tables that can be safely and appropriately arranged such that each table is a min. of six feet away from another.
